David Emanuel Sarabia
CEO / Founder
David is a serial entrepreneur. He co-founded UPrinting at 22 which Insight Partners acquired in 2010. Betting we'd all shop on our phones in the future, he founded the first m-commerce platform built for touch, which he sold to Magento.
His struggle with addiction lead him to rehab. There he had a vision for data-driven care and inRecovery was born.

Hants Williams, PhD, RN.
Clinical Operations
Dr. Williams is a registered public health nurse, published Stanford scientist, and full-stack health care professional. He's developed the functional skills of a clinical researcher, data scientist, software developer, and healthcare policy advocate.
He is able to quickly test the acceptability, feasibility, and efficacy of new care pathways, digital therapeutics, and other novel innovations focused on enhancing delivery and implementation of care.

Growth Advisor
Dr. Faroqui is an internal medicine physician specialized in clinical innovation and business development for digital health. He helps create high quality consumer health experiences for chronic disease, by developing health-equity focused care journeys and partnerships with payors, providers, and employers.
He is a Cornell Univesity grad and has worked with 10 leading early-stage startups spanning from telemedicine, remote diabetes care, metagenomic sequencing, and surgical care planning.

Don Kripke, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Kripke graduated magna cum laude from Yale, received his M.D. from UPenn School of Medicine and obtained his training in psychiatry at Harvard.
Don has practiced general psychiatry and psychoanalysis for over 35 years, was Chief Resident in Psychiatry UCSD's School of Medicine, and was Professor of Psychiatry at the Naval Medical Center.

Gonzalo has led Innovation and Technology Investment initiatives for the government of Cordoba, Argentina. He brings 6 years of experience in building innovation hubs, startups, and government relations.
He will be joining to help build out inRecovery's Argentina team as we continue to expand our footprint into LatAm.

Agostina is a licensed Psychologist with a post grad specialization in Addiction Prevention and Treatment and published researcher. Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
She brings a strong Agile project management background, having worked at the Ministry of Health, and Addiction Services for the Argentinian government.

Prior to joining, she worked for a prominent software development company for 2.5 years and before that managed digital marketing for the Kiev Art School āArthouseā.
